SAMTIFFIN SERVICES
Summary
Samtiffin services is an Indian food delivery service located in Brampton, ON.
They deliver over 200 tiffins ( lunch boxes ) in the five major cities of the Greater Toronto Area. They needed to streamline their services and solve complex delivery issues using a mobile app.
With the help of Design Thinking, we were able to create a beautiful app within four weeks.

What is it like working with me?
I am an open-minded and friendly person. I love to learn from people and teach people new ways of doing things. I am very innovative and always challenging myself to think out of the box. Moreover, I value work friendships, collaboration, and teamwork!
What is my design thinking process?
A complex or wicked problem is something I always look forward to solving. I use both quantitative and qualitative data to facilitate intuitive and usable design solutions.
I start by empathizing with my users to define their needs and pain-points through user research. Then with brain -storming sessions and workshops, I create and design the best possible solutions for my users. Furthermore, I conduct usability testing sessions to find common issues and refine user flows before the final deployment.
What tools do I use?
I love working with Figma, Adobe XD, and Balsamiq for wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Also, I use Invison for story/mood boards, Google Forms, Jamboard, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Whimsical.
